Clash magazine and other festival magazines

Title- white bold text against a busy green background helps the title stand out .
Images- Image of a male anf female having fun in a festival, from this image and the greenery colours we get an outdoor feeling, there age connotes that the magazine is aimed at 18-25 year olds.

The cell lines give information on how to survive at festivals who is going to be on and much more, the magazine looks fun, it has competitions in the cell lines to draw readers in.

I have chosen to show this magazine because this is the magazine which relates most to the magazine i am going to do, my magazine is going to show news about the festivals this summer, when to get your tickets and reviews from people that have been. It will show readers how to look good at the festivals and it will tell you what to wear and what to take with you.

These are the other clash front covers i have looked at and got ideas from........

Research Q magazine

Researching and analysing q magazine

Title- The name is short and bold, it is positioned in the top left hand corner which makes it stand out, The font used is bold text and the background colour is red which stands out against the white text.

Age range- 18-30

Photograph-It is a close up of one of the best singers in the world, this straight away would stand out in the shops, it connotes straight away that it is a music magazine.

The cell lines- The cell lines are short but get the point across of who is going to be in the magazine.
